The purpose of this document is to support States Parties in fulfilling their reporting obligations to the Arms Trade Treaty. In particular, it provides a step-by-step guide to each of the sections of the reporting template and when possible, it presents examples of other reports that can facilitate understanding to the official responsible for submitting annual reports to the ATT Secretariat.
