A continuaci\u00f3n, explora la naturaleza y din\u00e1mica de las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de arsenales en el \u00c1frica subsahariana a medida que la regi\u00f3n se compromete con las normas pasadas y presentes de control de armas.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>cap\u00edtulo 2.1<\/strong> eval\u00faa los datos de cinco a\u00f1os de presentaci\u00f3n de informes anuales del TCA, examinando el grado de transparencia de los informes anuales de los Estados Partes y si se ha contribuido a la transparencia de acuerdo con el objeto y prop\u00f3sito del Tratado. El <strong>cap\u00edtulo 2.2<\/strong> ofrece reflexiones sobre cinco a\u00f1os de informes iniciales del TCA. Examina las tendencias en el cumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar informes y ofrece una radiograf\u00eda del progreso en la aplicaci\u00f3n del Tratado, a partir de informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, tal y como la proporcionan los Estados Partes en su informe inicial.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>cap\u00edtulo 3.1<\/strong> profundiza en los informes anuales del TCA de 2019. Incluye un an\u00e1lisis general de las pr\u00e1cticas de presentaci\u00f3n de informes y compara los informes anuales del TCA de 2018 y 2019. Este an\u00e1lisis identifica cambios en las pr\u00e1cticas de presentaci\u00f3n de informes y eval\u00faa si las incoherencias y deficiencias identificadas en el an\u00e1lisis realizado por el Monitor del TCA de los informes anuales de 2018 se resolvieron en los de 2019. El <strong>cap\u00edtulo 3.2<\/strong> incluye el perfil de pa\u00eds de cada Estado Parte obligado a presentar un informe anual del TCA en 2019.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>cap\u00edtulo 4.1<\/strong> incluye una evaluaci\u00f3n resumida de los informes anuales de 2020 presentados en el plazo de una semana a partir de 2021.
