The Arms Trade Treaty Monitor (ATT Monitor)
It is the de facto monitoring mechanism of the Arms Trade Treaty and serves as a source of information on the implementation of, and compliance with, the ATT. Its authoritative research and analysis serve to strengthen Treaty implementation efforts and improve the transparency of the conventional arms trade.
